At the time of their enrollment, members approve our Membership Contract, acknowledge that their business meets or exceeds our Listing Requirements and verifies membership in other important organizations such as local Chambers of Commerce and specialized trade associations.

Before hiring, or going to contract with any company listed on our site we recommend that consumers verify these credentials, obtain current Certificate of Insurance(s), and discuss job performance with recent references. Visiting ConnectedContractors is only one step in the important process of due diligence.

Data stored on ConnectedContractors.com is backed up at 24-hour intervals at three separate physical locations to reduce the likelihood of system failure resulting from natural disasters or malicious attacks. In the event of a catastrophic service interruption the most recent, available version of saved information will be restored on the site. It is the users’ and members’ responsibility to save business, or project critical information in the form of printed hard copies.

ConnectedContractors.com’s Proposal template is a tool used to determine a “meeting of the minds” on price; it is not a legally binding contract. Check with your attorney for advice in creating an enforceable contract in your state.

ConnectedContractors.com retains the right to delete the directory listing (without refund), and posted information of any company that generates persistent service/workmanship complaints.
