Members can request Supplies/Materials quotes from Member Suppliers. Here are two examples of quote requests: The first is an example of a quote you've already requested that's been saved in your database but hasn't yet been viewed or responded to by the supplier. The second is also a quote you've already requested, but has been viewed and responded to by the supplier. As soon as you send your quote request, the supplier will be notified via e-mail. The supplier can then view your quote request and return a quote to you that you may accept or reject. If you accept the quote, this informs the supplier that you are ready to proceed with an order. Fields are also provided for you to enter any existing "house account" numbers you establish with suppliers for ease of order processing. The dates below are automatically filled in to notify you of your quote's progress at each step of the way...
