Jim Wagner brings over 30 years of experience running a home services business to ConnectedContractors.com’s management team. Features and benefits developed by the design and programming team are always measured against Jim’s personal trials, tribulations and successes in the field.

ConnectedContractors.com is always searching for solutions that eliminate challenges, streamline processes or improve the customer’s experience. Our philosophy is that if a solution is requested by one it’ll be useful to many. Jim’s primary function is hands-on Research and Development powered by collaborative conversations with homeowners, facility managers, contractors, suppliers, professional advisors and financiers working within the construction industry. Jim acts as a conduit of ideas and solutions exchanged between the design team and our members in the field.

Melanie Richards

Membership Administrator for ConnectedContractors.com

Melanie Richards has over 19 years of experience in promotional products & trade show consulting for corporations, entrepreneurs, financial services, individuals, non-profits, schools (charter, colleges, public, private) and West Point.

To pursue her passion for helping others grow their businesses, increase donors or find the perfect gift, she founded Prisms Promotions in 2003. Prisms Promotions enjoys helping clients expose themselves to their target markets at presentations, trade shows, expos, charity rides, corporate or sporting events & galas; important skills that add value to ConnectedContractors.com membership.

Her education includes NYC public schools, George Washington University, the Dale Carnegie Institute and industry seminars. Melanie’s membership affiliations include BNI, National Women’s In Network, Orange County Chamber of Commerce and the Rockland Business Association. In her free time, Melanie enjoys entertaining, travel, Scrabble, volunteering and participating in charity events.

ConnectedContractors.com’s website is done in WordPress/custom HTML. We like WordPress because: 1. WordPress is Cost Effective  2. It’s Easy to Update: If you’re remotely computer savvy, can send an e-mail, use Microsoft Word or set up a Facebook account, you can use WordPress. It’s website creation for non-techies. We teach clients how to update sites, or do it for them. 3. Many Users, Many Places: WordPress is online and offers multiple users, which means you… or we… are not the only ones who can change something or fix something in a pinch! If you’ve got Internet access you can make your changes. 4. Climb Search Results: WordPress also makes it easier to optimize your site and get better search engine results. That means your site is likely to get better Google and Bing rankings, which means people are more likely to find you.

Productivity and Efficiency Expert Cynthia Marsh-Croll is owner of Croll Productive Synergy located in Westtown, New York. Cynthia has over twenty years experience in multiple business settings including data management, operating her own business and is Lean Office Certified through the University of Michigan.

Cynthia is passionate about educating organizations, managers and employees on how they can increase their profits, productivity and reduce costs through consultations, training and implementing Lean Office principles.  She also publishes articles in the Hudson Valley Business Journal , Ezine and her blog www.ProductiveSynergy.biz
